Business Development Representative
located in
Miami, FL
with
3+ years of experience
in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition—preferably within the outsourcing or BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building strong business relationships, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to present APS’s service offerings. Working hours: 9am-5pm (Monday – Friday) – Location: Miami, FL (remote). Key Responsibilities
Generate and maintain a qualified list of potential clients through market research, databases, and outreach campaigns. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting to introduce APS’s services. Schedule meetings and appointments between potential clients and senior management. Maintain and update CRM records with detailed notes and follow-up activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies and promotional initiatives. Track and report on business development metrics, pipeline progress, and conversion rates. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities in the outsourcing sector. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum
3 years of experience
in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales (preferably in outsourcing, BPO, or staffing). Proven success in outbound prospecting and appointment setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with CRM tools.
