-Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations -Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements -Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning -Ensure compliance with AIA construction contract requirements and reporting -Administer payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws -Monitor and enforce OSHA safety standards and reporting requirements -Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies -Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies -Support leadership with financial insights to guide business decisions

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) -Minimum of 8 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing -Strong knowledge of AIA billing, payroll processing, and OSHA compliance -Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, or similar) -Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
