Adjunct Lecturer in Cybersecurity - CYS 407
The Department of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) at Regis College seeks an Adjunct Professor for the Spring semester, specializing in Cybersecurity, to teach CYS 407, Cybersecurity Capstone Project. In this class students must design and complete their own secure software systems and evaluate other students’ projects by locating flaws and weaknesses.
Course will be taught in person on the Weston, MA campus beginning January 20, 2026.
Essential Functions
Teach CYS 407 in-person.
Oversee student work, grading, office hours, and overall classroom management.
Qualifications
Earned MS in Cybersecurity or related field (PhD welcome).
Demonstrated undergraduate teaching experience.
Commitment to inclusive classroom environment.
Collaboration with STEM faculty on curriculum and assessment.
Familiarity with academic assessment and learning management systems such as Moodle (preferred).
Working Conditions
Normal classroom environment, not subject to extreme noise or odors.
Compensation $3,700.62 per course.
