Position Highlights: The John and Doris Norton School of Human Ecology seeks a Limited Term Adjunct Lecturer to teach PFFP 470 – Financial Technology for Financial Planners (3-Credit Course) during the Spring 2026 semester. This position involves some course development and teaching within the main campus PFFP program at The University of Arizona. The course modality will be in-person and the dates of the course will be 01/14/2026 - 05/06/2026.

Duties & Responsibilities

Teach PFFP 470 - Financial Technology for Financial Planners (3-Credit Course) during the Spring 2026 semester.

Deliver the course in-person on the main campus.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in financial planning or other related discipline.

Ten years or more of industry experience in financial planning, or other related financial services discipline with progressively increasing responsibilities and/or training of personnel or significant teaching and student‑mentoring experience in traditional classroom settings at a college or university level.

Have CFP® certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in instructional design and delivery.

Additional Information Rank: Lecturer. Tenure Information: Adjunct (NTE). FLSA: Exempt. Full Time/Part Time: Part Time. Number of Hours Worked per Week: 8. Job FTE: 0.20. Work Calendar: Academic.
