The Opportunity Were seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to lead an on-site, $3.5 million concrete project in Rolla, Missouri. Youll oversee all phases of constructionplanning, scheduling, and cost management ensuring KCIs standards for safety, quality, and performance are met.

What Youll Do
Lead all aspects of the project to ensure safety, quality and daily progress.
Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation to ensure profitability.
Partner closely with the Superintendent to coordinate self-performed concrete crews.
Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.

A hands-on leader who understands self-performed concrete construction.
A strong communicator and collaborator who builds trust across teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities on site.
Committed to doing things the right waywith integrity, safety, and quality.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing concrete or heavy civil projects.
Proven success managing self-performed concrete structures, piers, footings, foundations, slabs, walls, etc.
Strong scheduling and cost management skills.
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, HCSS, and Vista a plus.
