Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Reviewing and dispositioning of batch records, analytical reports, and microbiology reports to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and Solventum regulatory standards prior to product release. Acting independently on standard procedures and escalating non-routine issues using proper GMP documentation protocols. Collaborating across functions-quality engineering, production, supply chain, and management-to resolve quality issues and ensure timely corrections. Training department personnel according to assigned plans and performing mathematical calculations to validate test data against specifications. Investigating and documenting root causes of quality issues in partnership with quality assurance engineers. Serving as a liaison across internal and external stakeholders, responding to technical inquiries and coordinating cross-functional information exchange. Supporting audit and inspection activities, including Back Room coordination, Front Room documentation scribing, and QC checks. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Associate's Degree/Technical Diploma or higher from an accredited institution AND one (1) year FDA regulated manufacturing environment experience in a private, public, government, and/or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Two (2) years FDA regulated manufacturing environment experience in a private, public, government, and/or military environment Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in working with complex organization, cGMP knowledge of records and reporting Excellent personal interaction skills Excellent planning and decision skills Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Detail orientation Work location:
