About the Job The primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Project Manager is to provide organized, efficient, and effective operational support and project management to the internal/external Sales team.

The Sales Operations Project Manager will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager, Field Sales, and Cross‑Functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Brand Design, Trade Marketing) to support the organization’s objectives with sustainable and efficient operations as the organization experiences growth.

This position requires a high level of project management, accountability, and the ability to influence the execution of multiple projects in the creative management platform. The successful candidate will approach their daily operations with a sense of urgency. They must possess a drive to build strong working relationships with Field Sales, internal and external stakeholders, agency partners, and vendors.

Main Responsibilities

Using the WebCenter Project Management system & Veeva, shepherd Field Sales project requests for advertising/art asset delivery per the retailer specifications.

Collaborate with Field Sales to determine needs for each project request and ensure all assets are obtained and entered collectively into WebCenter or Veeva Promo Mats.

Ensure proper documentation is supplied and comments, concerns and annotations are communicated and documented.

Coordinate Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) activities for all external and consumer‑facing marketing pieces.

Manage deadlines and priorities to minimize risk.

Manage end‑to‑end process for Sales‑requested art/advertising projects over a 45‑day timeframe looking for ways to improve process and expedite timelines.

Act as an effective conduit between Sales, Strategy, Visual Merchandising, Brand Design, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Legal to comply with standards while keeping projects moving to achieve deadlines.

Coordinate project review with external design agencies to ensure claims are clear and on brand.

Deliver final project request to Field Representative and/or Retailer in the format requested by the due date.

Manage other ad‑hoc projects in support of Sales team i.e., displays, convenience packaging, videos, presentations, pharmacist selling materials.

General Sales Support

Serve as support for DFSI/FSI barcode requests utilizing current coupon systems NCH and Pinpoint.

Ensure team members are set up on systems we manage such as sample ordering platform.

Act as final WebCenter approver for marketing and sales bar codes. Verify all bar code specifications to ensure proper products, family codes, expiration and dollar value are accurate. Act as adjunct reviewer of creatives, verifying spelling, grammar and totals are accurate.

Communication – Mailbox

Monitor and reply to daily Field Sales requests, work with appropriate departments to identify and obtain information to fulfill inquiries.

Ensure all incoming emails are addressed within our service level standard.

Coordinate information with Strategic Engagement to include messaging in weekly communication to the field as needed.

Provide updated materials and documents (i.e. Certificates of Insurance and Safety Data Sheets) as requested to support product launches and meet retailer requirements.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, operations, business or other related field.

Minimum 2+ years consumer/pharmaceutical project management experience.

Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.

Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task, prioritize and successfully develop/deliver projects in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

Proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative to ensure information is communicated appropriately.

Strong project management skills – ability to plan, set priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines; works with a sense of urgency and efficiency.

Compensation Salary Range: $74,250 – $123,750 USD Annual.

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through internal resources.
