Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Steinberg Behavior Solutions is seeking to add another BCBA to our team who is dedicated to children and their families and has a passion to truly change childrens' lives. We are a committed and close-knit team of fun and hardworking BCBAs and direct therapists based out of Chicago, IL who have been helping families since 2009.

BCBA Job Duties
Conduct in-home assessments, write assessment reports, and create treatment plans
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, write positive behavior support plans, and provide ongoing plan updates/reports
Conduct team meetings with direct therapists including modifying behavior plan, IOA, and program maintenance
Conduct school consultations and write school behavior plans and curriculum modifications
Represent families at IEP meetings
Train and supervise direct therapists and conduct monthly therapist procedural integrity evaluations
Provide parent coaching and monitor the consistent implementation of procedures by parents
Collaborate with families, school staff, outside professionals, and the entire ABA team to ensure program consistency
Provide direct and in‑direct supervision to therapists pursuing their BCBA in accordance with BACB standards
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
At least 3 years of experience working with children with autism
At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA conducting ABA assessments and supervising therapy teams
Experience in conducting assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Social Skills Assessments
Great interpersonal and communication skills with therapy team, families, school personnel, and other therapy providers
Strong problem‑solving skills
Completion of the BACB's supervision requirements
