$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr Overview
We are seeking experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavioral consultation and support within school settings. As a BCBA, you will collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies that promote positive student outcomes. Depending on the school environment, the BCBA may support students in sub-separate classroom settings or within general education settings as part of a multi-tiered system of support. Key Responsibilities
Provide behavioral consultation and direct support for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs in specialized classroom environments. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Applied Behavior Screeners, and skills-based assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Socially Savvy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement classroom-wide behavior management systems and individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Train and support classroom staff on evidence-based strategies to ensure consistent implementation of interventions. General Education Focus
Provide behavioral consultation for students within general education settings, supporting MTSS, RTI, and PBIS frameworks. Conduct environmental observations, behavioral assessments, and corresponding reports. Collaborate with educators to design classroom management systems and individualized BIPs tailored to student needs. Offer ongoing coaching and professional development to school staff on behavior supports and data collection. Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. State licensure (if applicable) or eligibility to obtain it. Prior experience working in school or educational settings preferred. Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, administrators, and parents. Seniority level
