Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead machinery projects in Dallas, TX —from pre-sales and design through to commissioning and customer handover.
This role ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, Budget, and in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements.
Core Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
Review and reconcile technical documentation and approval drawings.
Prepare and distribute installation manuals, schematics, and layouts.
Handle change orders and project updates.
Serve as primary client contact; provide installation quotes and confirm site readiness.
Lead status meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
Oversee machinery testing, FAT/SAT, and logistics hand-off.
Ensure compliance with food safety and industry standards.
Align commissioning schedules with service teams and customers.
Maintain Gantt charts, RFQs, budgets, and correspondence.
Track project risks, resolve issues, and document progress.
Required Skills and Experience
4-year degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in food processing or industrial machinery manufacturing.
Strong understanding of engineering designs and technical drawings.
Proven leadership ability with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
Experience using ECI M1 Project Management module is preferred.
PMP certification or other formal project management certification is preferred.
