Summary We are seeking an experienced Process Supervisor to support our high-speed extrusion operation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in extrusion processes, with the ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The Process Supervisor will also be responsible for training Operators and Technicians. Experience with a Graham Wheel is required.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate high-speed extrusion equipment, specifically Graham Wheel.

Troubleshoot and adjust processes to maintain quality and efficiency.

Perform equipment changeovers, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.

Train and mentor team members on the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of the Graham Wheel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, develop best practices, and drive improvements.

Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols within the workplace.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in high-speed extrusion operations, specifically with Graham Wheel.

1+ year training and/or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification.

Strong working knowledge of extrusion processes.

Excellent mechanical aptitude; advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to effectively train plant personnel on safe and efficient operation of production equipment.

Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions and SOPs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
