Job Overview
The
Customer Service Representative (Bilingual/Multilingual)
provides high-quality support to clients by handling inbound calls, assisting with health plan enrollment, and delivering accurate program information. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Candidates
must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking their designated language(s)
- including English and one or more of the following:
Haitian Creole, Spanish, Bengali, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Fuzhou, Russian , or other Asian dialects.
Location: Remote
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST
Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries regarding enrollment and program services. Educate callers on managed care options and assist with plan selection. Process enrollment and disenrollment forms accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program guidelines and policies. Escalate issues or concerns to supervisors when necessary. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Support call center operations, including weekend shifts as needed. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in customer service or human services, preferably in a call center environment. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume setting. Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong computer literacy and typing accuracy. Dependable attendance and professionalism. Ability to learn and apply new systems quickly. Positive and adaptable attitude under pressure. Technical Requirements (BYOD)

Windows 10
or
MacOS 10.15+ . USB wired headset
with microphone and noise suppression (Bluetooth not allowed). Internet speed:
25 Mbps download (single user), 50 Mbps (shared), and 5-10 Mbps upload. Must use a
wired Ethernet connection
(no mobile hotspots or Chromebooks).
