Phlebotomist
Location: Westbury, NY
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at a high-volume patient service center. This role requires proficiency in blood collection techniques, including the use of straight and butterfly needles, and a commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture using straight and butterfly needles, including for difficult cases
Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages, including infants and pediatric patients
Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory analysis
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Document procedures and patient interactions with precision and professionalism
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience
Proficiency in venipuncture techniques, including butterfly needle use
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with pediatric and infant blood draws is preferred
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Flexibility to cover additional sites as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
