With a strong pipeline of public work, they are actively hiring for a Superintendent to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
Job Description
On-Site Management:
Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for a $20M+ public project. Documentation:
Generate RFIs, daily reports, construction logs, and maintain professional email correspondence. Schedule Management:
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure trade alignment and schedule adherence. Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular Toolbox Talks. Quality Control:
Maintain quality assurance and control standards. Team Leadership : Communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and trade unions. The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of experience in public sector general contracting. Proven track record managing at least 3-4 ground-up public projects valued at $15M+. Strong technical skills including reading construction documents and using Excel. Background in masonry or carpentry is highly preferred. Professional, proactive, and capable of managing fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Ready to start immediately and take ownership of a critical ongoing project. What's on Offer
