to work with our service department to go to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate our service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Manage daily dispatching operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and profitability
Manage customer relations and ensure top-level service satisfaction
Monitor KPIs including labor sales, productivity, and CSI scores
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in service management
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of repair processes and automotive systems
Familiarity with DMS systems is a plus
