November 2025 Company Description Empower Speech Therapy, PLLC is a pediatric speech-language pathology practice dedicated to helping children find their voice, build confidence, and thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services tailored to each child’s unique needs—supporting communication, language development, and social interaction skills. Our services are offered both in-clinic and in community settings, addressing speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency, and social communication challenges. Empower Speech Therapy is committed to empowering every child and family we serve through a collaborative, strengths‑based approach. Role Description We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to join our growing team in Concord, NC. We currently have two school-based openings: Full‑Time SLP:
Serving an elementary school site Part‑Time SLP:
Serving a middle school site In these roles, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children. You’ll develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress in compliance with school and state requirements. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Current North Carolina state licensure and CCC‑SLP certification Strong skills in speech therapy, communication disorders, and language disorders Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations preferred If you’re passionate about helping children communicate and grow, we’d love to hear from you!
