Our Client, a company that builds and hosts websites, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help support The Talent Acquisition Operations team with their hiring goals. You will schedule a high volume of interviews for teams around the world, working with Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver a seamless experience to both candidates and hiring teams. They are looking for someone who loves organization and process and communicates well as the face of the company to candidates.
Schedule: Full-time hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office Pay rate: Up to $30/hour depending on experience Location: New York City Assignment length: 3 Months with opportunity to go long term
Responsibilities
Coordinate a high volume of video, phone, and onsite interviews for a diverse set of candidates across multiple time zones
Champion data integrity through our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and interview scheduling tool (candidate.FYI)
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and other Talent Coordinators on managing recurring tasks and projects, e.g. interviewer calibration
Build relationships with teams across the company
Provide a positive and unique candidate experience from the first interview scheduled through offering a position
Support the Talent Acquisition team with other tasks such as audit and compliance, documentation, etc.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Sociable and genuinely enjoy working with others
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and proactively
Comfortable working with candidates and interviewers across all levels
