Our client, a global cosmetics company, is looking for a Sr. Consumer Planning Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Hudson Yards. The successful candidate will have a background in consumer product sales planning, are highly analytical, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Role Overview: Contract Role: 6 months, covering leave of absence Pay: $55-59/hr on W2 Schedule: Hybrid, 40-hour work week

Responsibilities:

Compile and consolidate current month & quarter gross to net projections Report net latest estimate for current month & quarter Analyze variance, risk, and market opportunities to report for senior leadership Actualize sales per account for month-end Review year-to-go sales projections and adjust forecasts if needed Build and maintain planning models

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related analytical concentration is preferred 3+ years of retail / sales planning experience Prior experience in the beauty retail / consumer goods industry is highly preferred Expert Microsoft Excel skills Prior PowerBI experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work in a high-volume environment with tight deadlines
