Quality Control Manager role at Technical Chemical Company (TCC). Full-Time position located in Cleburne, Texas. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and continue to develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other relevant requirements Oversee product quality audits and production quality monitoring Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Train and mentor staff on quality procedures and best practices Manage documentation and reporting related to quality and sustainability Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Quality Leadership position, preferably in high-speed packaging and chemicals Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality frameworks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Certification such as CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma preferred Experience with product qualification and testing preferred Experience with sustainability initiatives and reporting a plus Compensation & Benefits
