Human Resource Assistant
Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to join their team. As a Human Resource Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting the overall HR functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: New York, NY Pay Range: $31.25 Shift: 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday What's the Job?
Serve as backup receptionist and handle incoming inquiries professionally Act as intermediary with outsourced HR company to facilitate communication and processes Assist new hires with paperwork, ensuring compliance with I-9 and work authorization regulations Provide administrative support to HR and Accounting teams, including data entry and record management Oversee personnel files, maintain employee records, and support benefits administration and employee leave processing What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or related field Proficiency in Excel and Word applications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Experience with multi-state HR practices is a plus What's in it for me?
