Account Manager / Recruitment & Business Development - SearchPointNY | Noor Staffing Group | Legal Staff Recruiting Actively seeking an Administrative Manager for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The role requires that a candidate has Law Firm experience, with supervisory experience over Legal Assistants within their background, as well as operational experience within a Law Firm. Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $153,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

HOURS:

Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST PAY

PAY:

$105 - $153K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus Ideal Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

STRONGLY PREFERRED 7+ yrs of Overall Administrative Experience in a Law Firm or Professional Services

REQUIRED 5+ Years in a Supervisory role

PREFERRED Law Firm Experience

REQUIRED Strong MS Office Suite Experience; Including Excel and PowerPoint Advanced proficiency in planning, allocating and reconciling an operations budget; Advanced knowledge of records management, facilities procedures and practices, reception procedures and practices; and legal office terminology and procedures. Role Responsibilities

Manage team(s) and resources responsible for all support functions Manage team performance and set goals, ensure the team's continuous development Administer the Firm’s initiatives and operations at the local level Advise and administer budget control and maintenance for areas of responsibility; Manage administrative operations and services for assigned offices, including client support services, office services, and facilities. Administer the Firm’s initiatives and operations as assigned, including but not limited to office process implementation projects, programs, events, new hire orientations and employee departures; Handle additional related projects as necessary.
