Responsibilities
Drive customer engagement and business growth by actively identifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions across industries like automotive, energy, and connectivity
Develop and implement system solutions in close collaboration with customers, integrating our products, services, and third-party technologies to meet specific needs
Manage your sales territory strategically, including forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM maintenance, using our Ideal Sales Process and solution‑selling approach
Coordinate and support local projects, acting as a trusted advisor for key customers throughout the sales cycle and ensuring smooth implementation
Represent the company professionally at trade fairs, customer meetings, and presentations, addressing both technical and commercial topics to build long‑term relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with internal teams to help shape future strategies and product developments
Qualifications
Technical degree or specialised professional training; relevant experience may substitute formal education
Initial experience in technical sales or customer‑facing engineering roles preferred
Solid understanding of industries such as connectivity, automotive, railway, energy, and electrical manufacturing
Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus
Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel within the region and attend international meetings
