Senior Financial Accountant

Patriot Machine is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. This role will be hands‑on with our executive team, helping with decision‑making and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports for external stakeholders
Monitor and record financial transactions for the organization
Lead accounting projects, including audits and internal reporting
Perform cost accounting functions, including reporting on actuals vs. budget costs for manufactured parts
Enter and maintain accurate accounting data within the ERP system
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to support cost accounting and inventory controls
Continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Accounting required, Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Advanced Excel skills; comfort with data analysis and financial modeling
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Must be a U.S. Person
