Formally trained Engineer pursuing a career in the aerospace industry.

Patriot Machine is seeking high-potential engineers for our Engineer Development Program (EDP), designed to build future leaders in aerospace manufacturing.

The program starts with a short period of day‑shift training, followed by approximately two years of night and/or weekend shifts operating machines and gaining valuable hands‑on experience. This immersive path provides deep insight into our processes and prepares you for long‑term growth in engineering and leadership.

Responsibilities

Train to run highly sophisticated CNC machines to produce complex aircraft parts.

Become familiar and experienced with metal cutting techniques, vibration and chatter analysis and machining process planning.

Develop hands‑on skills in CNC machining and other areas of the business as part of a path toward future leadership roles.

Requirements

Engineering Degree Required

Applicant must be a U.S. Person

High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Excels with hands‑on projects

Hard working and driven

May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level. Requires U.S. Citizenship. Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
