Company Overview: A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Product Control professional to join their team. This role focuses on managing risk across the platform, with a significant emphasis on regulatory reporting compliance. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the platforms core regulatory reporting to global regulators, including Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, Form PFS, Annex IV, CIMA FAR, Form SLT, and Form B Partner with Legal and Compliance teams and external service providers on new fund launch regulatory assessments and fees analysis Assist with key components of other regulatory filings such as Form ADV, RAUM, and AIFMD annual remuneration disclosures Implement ORM regulatory reporting strategic initiatives leveraging technology and service providers Analyze new regulatory guidance and act as operations project-lead for new regulatory filing implementations Collaborate with accounting, legal, compliance, middle office, treasury, investment operations, and financial reporting teams Lead data governance and legal entity management initiatives Oversee the service provider due diligence program Lead SOC1 & SOX compliance oversight, including SOC1 preparation and control testing oversight Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting/assurance, private fund accounting, or regulatory reporting Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA license (or equivalent) preferred Experience with private equity, hedge fund, and/or fund of hedge fund investing Familiarity with regulatory filings preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Compensation: Salary:
