Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Location: Poway., CA
Position Summary We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing / Engineering Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to learn more about manufacturing and engineering. You'll work closely with engineers and production staff to assemble, test, and improve products that power clean energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities Assist engineers and technicians with assembling and testing products Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly (wiring, crimping, soldering, etc.) Follow written instructions, drawings, and diagrams accurately Help troubleshoot and repair production issues under supervision Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Record basic production data and report any issues to the team Support process improvements and team projects as needed Follow all safety and quality guidelines
