Senior Manager
As the Senior Manager, you will manage digital campaigns across clients within the dentsu portfolio of agencies, including Carat, dentsuX, and iProspect. Sr. Managers support account leadership to ensure work is being delivered across all digital media campaigns and escalates main performance issues. You will ensure efficient completion of campaign work, perform insightful data analysis, and communicate optimizations and recommendations internally and with clients. You are also accountable for daily pacing and performance checks and are the first line of defense for QA process to ensure campaign executions deliver as planned.
You are well-versed in the planning process and can translate a brief into campaign strategies and eventually into tactical plans within buying platforms. You are a subject matter expertise and have in-depth knowledge of the buying platforms and partners they are responsible for operating. You will have team and personnel oversight responsibilities and will require experience in people & project management including prioritization and coaching.
You will report into the Senior Director, Digital Investment.
Main Accountabilities
Accountable for the execution, management, and optimization of all digital and programmatic media campaigns including in-platform programs. Ensure all campaigns meet and exceed benchmarks
Main point of contact for daily client operations
Lead team of digital and programmatic experts, supporting team with hands‑on help when needed
Responsible for communication of campaign performance including the ability to provide insightful feedback on questions related to technology, data, optimization & in‑platform quality assurance
Optimize at an advanced level, including advising on optimizations across tech partners, and train new team members on optimization techniques within platforms
Quality‑assures all campaigns, reporting, and billing to produce client‑ready materials
Understand and communicate the dentsu value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts
Lead negotiation process with partners, based on individual brand needs
Assist leadership with needs for new business pitches
Frequent thought leadership and strategic contributor
Recommend innovative tactics to improve account and foster growth
Own new client onboarding as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years' experience within the programmatic & digital industry
Experience leading a team is required
Expert in programmatic technology, platform, and partner solutions, including DSPs, ad servers, ad verification platforms, planning / financial platforms, DMPs, analytics & reporting dashboards.
Experience with troubleshooting / auditing PMP / PG deals
Collaboration mindset / team player
Detail‑oriented with strong attention to project management and follow‑through
Strong experience working with business applications; MS Office Suite required
The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 -$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
