We’re seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role will focus on
plumbing and HVAC systems
for complex commercial builds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and code requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts. Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve design and construction challenges. Monitor field progress, conduct site visits, and enforce quality and safety standards. Lead progress meetings and prepare regular project reports. Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontract services. Qualifications: 5+ years
of experience managing projects for a
mechanical contractor . Strong background in
plumbing and HVAC systems
installation and coordination. Proven track record delivering complex commercial projects on time and within budget. Mission Critical
(data centers, healthcare, lab facilities) project experience is a plus. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
