This position will be responsible for the safety of our trucking fleet including managing processes and compliance while providing overall support and guidance to our drivers. This role will primarily oversee DOT/FMCSA Motive ELD/Dash Cam data to maintain regulatory and company compliance daily. Responsibilities
Proficient in ELD functionality to monitor drivers; Motive and dashboard camera experience is a plus Review electronic driver logs for accuracy and/or violations Generate and explain specific reports pertaining to driver performance Coach drivers on concerns pertaining to Motive data including hours of service, speeding, hard cornering and other ongoing issues Provide customer support to field-based sales and operational team members Collect compliance data, organize and convert for use in reports Implement and audit alerts, reports and supporting documents to ensure drivers are compliant with internal policies and FMCSA regulations Serve as a point of contact for outside vendors supporting compliance activities of the EHS department Assist EHS and other CC staff as needed Knowledge of FMCSA rules/regulations particularly HOS Position Qualification Requirements

2 years professional work experience required 2 years of DOT safety and compliance experience preferred Previous Motive ELD/dash cam experience required Trucking industry experience and knowledge Education, Certificates, Licenses, Or Designations
High School diploma or equivalent required Specific Skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Compensation and Benefits
