Full-time; On-site Base pay range : $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring all commercial drivers meet FMCSA Driver Qualification requirements. Oversee onboarding and compliance procedures across all regional offices, maintaining adherence to company and federal standards. Manage key verification and screening processes, including background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, FMCSA Clearinghouse and MVR reviews, and medical certificate tracking. Review Records of Duty Status (RODS) and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with regional offices to ensure proper ELD usage and adherence to HOS regulations. Provide administrative support for FMCSA drug and alcohol testing programs. Issue clinic authorizations as needed, as well as schedule and track test completion. Monitor branch safety performance using Motive (ELD and telematics provider). Analyze violations and generate compliance reports for the Branch Manager and the corporate office Logistics and Human Resources departments. Collaborate with regional offices to maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory bodies. Manage reporting for environmental and transportation programs such as South Coast Air Quality Management District (WAIRE) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) TRU ATCM compliance. Conduct onboarding sessions for new drivers covering company policies and job-specific procedures. Develop and deliver training sessions on delivery operations, food safety and defense protocols, and use of Motive ELD and EPOD systems. Ensure drivers and staff maintain compliance through education on DOT regulations, HOS documentation, vehicle inspections, and accident reporting procedures. Monitor safety scores, coach drivers as needed, complete accident investigations, and assign remedial training. Obtain certification as a PACE behavioral driving trainer to conduct training and road evaluations. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Previous experience in compliance, transportation safety, or DOT-regulated environments is preferred. Experience with training techniques and data analysis is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Deep expertise in FMCSA/DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements and enforcement. Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and related state or local regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and train a diverse workforce. Excellent verbal and written communication. High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters. Analytical and resourceful problem-solving capabilities. Takes initiative in improving processes and promoting a culture of safety and compliance. Willingness and ability to travel to regional office locations to provide on-site support, training, and compliance oversight. This position offers a competitive base salary.
