About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of healthcare, with a focus on behavioral health programs. The CIO will be a strategic leader, responsible for developing and executing a 3-5 year enterprise IT strategy that aligns with the national expansion and integrated care model. This includes driving digital transformation through the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven innovation, as well as building scalable systems to support various levels of care and telehealth delivery. The successful candidate will also be tasked with ensuring operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and championing a culture of innovation where technology enhances both performance and compassion. As the CIO, you will be a mission architect, bridging the gap between IT and humanity to ensure that every digital advancement enhances the way care is delivered. Your leadership will empower clinicians, support staff, and administrators to focus on the people they serve. The role requires a hands-on technologist with a deep understanding of AI and automation, and a commitment to using these tools to serve, not replace, the human touch in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare IT, with at least 10 years' of progressive IT leadership experience, and a proven track record of driving digital transformation in a multi-site or multi-state organization. Expert knowledge of HIPAA, ISO 27001, FHIR, and HL7 interoperability standards is essential, as is a mission-driven approach to innovation and a focus on security and compliance.
