JOB SUMMARY

The Membership & Marketing Director drivers membership growth, retention, and brand visibility while aligning with the club's vision of tradition meeting innovation. This role manages the full membership lifecycle - from prospecting and onboarding to engagement and retention - while developing marketing strategies to promote SJCC's golf, dining, and member experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Lead membership recruitment, tours, referral programs, and events. Develop and implement integrated and marketing campaigns (digital, print, social). Manage CRM system for tracking leads, conversions, and retention metrics. Collaborate with the GM, Membership Committee, and Events Coordinator. Promote private events and banquets in partnership with F&B and Events teams. Manage brand assets, social media, and club communications. Act as the club's visible brand ambassador, engaging members and community partners. Support new member onboarding and engagement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS

Proven success in membership sales, marketing, or business development. Experience in hospitality, private club, or resort environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional presence. Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized. Creative problem-solving and storytelling skills. Must pass background check. BENEFITS
