Seeking a skilled

Interventional Radiology Technologist

with a minimum of

1 year of experience

performing diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures. The role involves complex procedures in IR and select Electrophysiology (EP) labs. Key Responsibilities

Perform interventional radiology procedures, including:

Angiography (upper/lower extremity) Venography Angioplasty, stent placement Thrombolysis / Thrombectomy PICC, central line, and port placements Drainages (thoracentesis, paracentesis, nephrostomy, cholecystostomy) Liver biopsy, lumbar puncture, arthrogram, fistulagrams Pacemaker insertion (temporary & permanent)

Assist in EP lab procedures such as cardioversion and pacemaker implantation Maintain sterile field as scrub or circulate in room Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including

Siemens Artis ZEE Utilize Epic and PACS systems for accurate documentation and record-keeping Follow radiation safety protocols and infection control guidelines Prepare and position patients for procedures, monitor patient condition, and administer contrast media as needed Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures Certifications:

Required:

ARRT (R), BLS, State Licensure Preferred: ARRT (VI) or ARRT (CI)

Skills:

Venous access and central line management Electrophysiology procedures Interventional radiology procedures (biopsy, drainage, stents, angiography) Patient monitoring and safety Equipment operation and maintenance
