About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the executive and leadership team, playing a key role in the development and execution of people and culture strategies. This includes leading the HR function in all its aspects, from onboarding to offboarding, and ensuring legal compliance. The role demands a leader who can not only manage day-to-day HR operations but also contribute to the strategic direction of the function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a high-growth, fast-paced tech startup environment, with experience in scaling a company and a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing company policies, maintaining digital employee records, and championing the company's values. The role requires a high level of integrity, excellent communication, and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. The candidate should be adept at using data to drive decisions and be proactive in identifying and addressing HR challenges. A background in SaaS or technology startups, along with experience in a similar role, is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with HRIS systems and HR certifications.
