AP Specialist
who will play a key role in their financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable, including invoice verification, coding, and vendor payments. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciliations and maintaining financial records. Support the Controller with month-end close, financial reporting, and administrative duties. Maintain organized accounting files and ensure data accuracy. Utilize Sage Peachtree (preferred) or other accounting software to manage transactions. Qualifications:
Experience with accounts payable, bookkeeping, and general accounting functions. Proficiency in Sage Peachtree is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus.
