We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
with a background in Commercial Waterproofing in the greater Houston area. The successful candidate will ensure projects are on‑time, on‑budget and safely completed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Overseeing all activities on Commercial Waterproofing projects
Controlling budgets and scheduling of construction activities during pre-construction meetings
Build and develop relationships with clients
Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements
3+ years of Commercial Waterproofing Project Management experience
Experience with Construction Management software
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
