Technical Support Engineer - Roofing & Waterproofing
South-Central U.S. (Remote with Travel)
The Technical Support Engineer will manage warranty processes and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures compliance with standards, develops documentation, and delivers training to contractors and sales teams.
Responsibilities: Manage warranty documentation and inspection processes JD Tech Support Engineer KWR Provide technical support during pre-, mid-, and post-installation phases Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with standards Train contractors and internal teams on application techniques Support sales/marketing with technical data and calculations Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field 5+ years of building materials experience, preferably membranes JD Tech Support Engineer KWR Deep experience in warranty processes and technical inspections Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
