Panasonic Connect North America . **Overview:** Provide Project Management and Technical Sales support for welding turn-key systems, standard pre-engineered systems, and standalone robot products in USA and Mexico. The candidate will execute project scopes according to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. **Responsibilities:** - Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. - Build and maintain client relationships. - Coordinate with system integrators, partners, and internal teams. - Ensure proper documentation and compliance. - Lead technical and commercial discussions. - Support sales and business development activities. - Manage project P&L and subcontractors. - Support engineering requirements and maintain technical expertise. - Travel within North America and possibly internationally. **Qualifications:** - Degree in Engineering or related field; experience in welding industry preferred. - Knowledge of arc welding, robot programming, PLC, HMI, and automation systems. - Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle technical challenges. - Willingness to travel as needed. **Location:** Columbus, OH. **Salary Range:** $105,000 - $115,000 + Bonus.
