KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Workday HCM - Testing Lead for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities
Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; collaborate with appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements Manage engagements according to KPMG finance/cost management policies Qualifications
Minimum of five years of ERP, HCM implementation, testing and upgrade experience Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university Completion of one full implementation with Workday HCM and Workday certification in HCM or Integration; if not certified at hire, must obtain certification within three months from start of employment Strong verbal and analytical skills with ability to write at publication quality level Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality Travel as required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Salary and Benefits
KPMG complies with local, state, and federal recruitment and hiring laws. Salary ranges are provided where required and vary by location; for California, the range is $129,300 to $223,900. KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a broad well-being benefits program. Eligible employees receive Paid Time Off and annual holiday observances as part of the Total Rewards package. Our policy is to recruit on a rolling basis.
