Overview
Specialist Pursuit Support (RFP Management) As a Pursuit Support Specialist in a high-volume, high-performing sales operations team supporting over 6 business units and more than 35 teams with more than 50 technology and advisory offerings, you will support the net-new sales and retention process by driving results, meeting deliverables, and delivering compelling winning materials to customers. You will partner with customer-facing sellers, sales leadership, and account managers to coordinate activities and deliverables that are used to close deals at Premier. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to the following activities: Proposal and RFx development and management (heavy focus) Technical/security questionnaire fulfillment Internal project management and quality control for sales pitches and presentations (collaborating with graphic designers) Responses to requests for miscellaneous information from customers Day-to-day activities support the sales cycle from early-stage proposal management and RFx requirements analysis through final execution, including proposal writing/editing, coordination of the deliverable management process, and oversight of production, quality control, and final delivery. A core responsibility is capturing and repurposing content from RFx submissions and go-to-market materials and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of a large content library. Key Responsibilities
RFx/Proposal/Sales Deliverable Management – 60% Evaluates and analyzes requirements documents Develops deliverable outlines and compliance matrices to track requirements through the proposal lifecycle Translates highly technical requirements into clear messaging for RFxs, proposals, technical questionnaires, pitches, and SME presentations Develops RFx management plans, calendars, and writer templates Conducts kick-off meetings with internal and external contributors Executes and drives all review cycles Manages document drafts, versions, writer contributions, and final submission preparation Sets up, maintains, and completes tasks in the CRM system Supports additional projects requiring writer, proposal, or RFx expertise Content Management – 40% Captures and repurposes content from submissions Maintains standard language and collateral within content management tools Partners with internal SMEs to keep product information current Maintains inventory and accuracy of proposal templates Required Qualifications Note: Formatting preserved per requirements. Work Experience: 2+ years Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required) Preferred Qualifications Skills: Relationship management, attention to detail, organization and project coordination Experience: 1-3 years in sales support, project management, proposal/RFx development, MS Office suites; Salesforce and proposal automation software a plus Education: Bachelor\'s Degree Additional Job Requirements Remain stationary for prolonged periods Adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines Attention to detail Operate computer programs and software Effective communication with in-person and electronic audiences Day-to-day collaboration with peers in a shared environment Ability to make independent decisions Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Benefits and Conditions
