Early Talent and Corporate Acquisition Specialist at Landscape Workshop Responsibilities
Drive growth through new client acquisition. Develop, estimate, and close commercial maintenance contracts. Establish strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure customer needs are met. Develop regional contacts and professional network. Use and maintain a structured sales process and CRM reporting system. Required Skills & Experience
Significant sales or business development experience with commercial services industries (e.g., enterprise security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning or catastrophe clean-up, commercial property sales or pest control) or other business to business situations. Proven ability to manage contracts and negotiate contract terms Strong relationship building capabilities Self-driven and self-disciplined Demonstrated ability to be a top producer and an industry leader Extensive business-to-business sales in a full sales lifecycle environment Must be able to travel within targeted territory (occasional overnight travel outside of target territory may be required) Employment details
