Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Design, estimating, engineering and permitting.
Review contract requirements, existing engineering drawings, roof reports, and other technical reports to ensure proper system design meets code and client requirements.
Work with sales reps to develop job estimates, perform site take‑offs, obtain vendor and subcontractor quotes as needed.
Collaborate with construction managers to review design requirements and plan for construction and installation.
Submit and coordinate permits/engineering drawings as needed.
Work with suppliers to develop price lists and negotiate prices.
Perform procurement for all materials and equipment.
Coordinate shipments and stocking of inventory as needed.
Develop and send out bid requests to engineers and subcontractors.
Oversee installation efforts and provide direction for construction managers to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget.
Assume additional responsibilities as directed.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or industry experience required.
Experience
Over 4 years in the HVAC industry with technical hands‑on experience.
2+ years of project management experience preferred.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age.
Must be able to climb ladders.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Successful pre‑employment drug and agility tests.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Ability to use AutoCAD.
Detail oriented and extremely organized.

Must work safely in accordance with OSHA, state and federal regulations.
