We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled
Systems Analyst
to support, optimize, and integrate information systems across our manufacturing operations. This role will be a key liaison between production, engineering, supply chain, and IT teams, ensuring our systems align with operational needs and drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Systems & Process Analysis
Analyze manufacturing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for system-driven improvements. Evaluate current systems and propose upgrades or integrations to improve plant efficiency and data flow. Translate production and business requirements into functional and technical specifications. ERP & Manufacturing Systems Support
Support and enhance ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) used in manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and logistics. Work with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management), or SCADA interfaces to integrate shop floor operations with enterprise systems. Collaborate with production and planning teams to streamline scheduling, BOMs, and inventory data. Data & Reporting
Develop operational reports and dashboards to support real-time decision-making (e.g., downtime, throughput, quality KPIs). Work with data analysts or use tools like Power BI or SQL to consolidate and visualize data from ERP, MES, or other factory systems. Ensure data integrity and standardization across systems. Project Management & Implementation
Lead or participate in system implementation and upgrade projects. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and user training. Ensure system changes align with plant compliance, safety, and cybersecurity policies. Support & Troubleshooting
Act as a primary point of contact for system-related issues in manufacturing operations. Diagnose system problems, manage support tickets, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution. Ensure business continuity and system performance through proactive monitoring. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Understanding of manufacturing processes such as production planning, quality control, and inventory management is preferred. Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MES, SCADA, or PLC data integration. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Basic understanding of industrial networking, OT cybersecurity, or IIoT platforms. Experience with cloud-based tools or hybrid system environments. Benefits
