Responsibilities Authoring/reviewing packaging material specifications, packaging drawings, & packaging BOMs. Reviewing labeling and artwork to ensure they meet technical specifications. Performing package evaluation and distribution testing. Assisting with the execution of controlled temperature packaging qualifications. Writing/reviewing technical protocols and reports. Managing project timelines.
Areas of Discipline Packaging Engineering Project Management Technical Operations in a highly regulated industry Working closely with External Manufacturing, Quality, Graphics CoE, and Distribution Centers
Qualifications Enrollment at an accredited college/university and pursuing at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering or a related Engineering/Science major. Availability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) during the co‑op period. Availability to commute to Titusville office 3 days per week during the co‑op period (remote 2 days per week possible). A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred. Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community service activities are desired. Previous experience in a Packaging Engineering environment is preferred. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship for employment visa status.
Pay and Benefits The anticipated base pay range is $23.00/hr to $51.50/hr. Co‑ops are eligible for company‑sponsored medical benefits, up to 40 hours of sick time per year, and participation in the company’s consolidated retirement plan.
