Description Conduct thorough evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing both recognized assessments and observational tactics. Craft customized treatment strategies that reflect both immediate goals and enduring aspirations in communication, cognition, or swallowing. Deliver individualized therapy sessions focusing on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges. Engage with an interdisciplinary team, working closely alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to design cohesive care plans. Educate patients and their families, empowering them to continue progress outside clinical hours. Participate in occasional inpatient assessments and therapy to ensure comprehensive care throughout the patient's recovery journey. Keep precise, timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and institutional standards. Remain engaged in the latest advancements by pursuing professional development and collaboration with peers. Education

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet acquired. Certifications

State licensure as a

Speech Language Pathologist . Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Skills
