Provide day-to-day support via ServiceNow for incidents and service requests Troubleshoot issues with payment gateways, terminals, and middleware Support and maintain Opera Cloud PMS integrations Use PowerShell and automation tools to streamline tasks and generate reports Manage payment device connectivity and network configurations Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base Monitor systems proactively to prevent incidents Participate in system integration projects and document platform connections Stay current on PCI DSS compliance and security standards

Required Skills & Experience

ServiceNow Helpdesk experience (incident and request management) Hotel IT background with exposure to property-level systems and operations Hands-on experience with Oracle Opera Cloud PMS Knowledge of payment gateways, transaction flows, tokenization, and reconciliation PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting Basic networking knowledge (IPs, ports, firewalls, VPNs) Awareness of PCI DSS and securing cardholder data

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Strong troubleshooting skills in complex technical environments Experience writing technical documentation (SOPs, KBs, runbooks) Jira experience for ticketing and agile workflows Exposure to payment device management (terminals, middleware) Familiarity with cloud platforms and REST-based APIs Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk)
