Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) / Occupational Therapist (OT) - Lymphedema Care
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $50 to 70 Per/hour
About the Role: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist with experience in lymphedema management to join our patient-centered care team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals experiencing lymphatic disorders, helping them improve mobility, function, and independence through specialized care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments for patients with lymphedema or lymphatic dysfunction. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, including manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional strategies. Provide hands-on care and supervise therapy assistants (PTAs or COTAs) as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Follow infection control protocols and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program. Licensed to practice in Florida as a PT or OT. Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience (required). Lymphedema experience and certification (required). Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong documentation and computer skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
