Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate/technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred. • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environments (liquid processing preferred) with at least 2 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience. • Proven troubleshooting experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. • Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits. • Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics. • Experience with CMMS, workflow planning, and work order tracking. • Familiarity with boilers, compressors, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. • Welding/fabrication (MIG/TIG) skills strongly preferred. • Prior lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or maintenance setting preferred. • Must be able to work nights, weekends, or cover other shifts when required.

Ideal Candidate:
