Title: Business Development Representative (Restoration industry)

We are looking for a motivated professional with at least 3 years of outside B2B sales, ideally within the restoration or insurance industries. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and referral sources to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral partners (insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, etc.)
Promote Company's services while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity
Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand client base and increase market share
Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to build visibility and relationships
Track leads, sales activities, and performance results
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
Experience in the restoration or insurance industry
strongly preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Expected salary: 50-60K base, 80-100K OTE
