Service and repair high-capacity commercial and industrial Gas/Oil burners, and heating systems. Conduct combustion analysis and make necessary adjustments to ensure system efficiency and compliance with emissions standards. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in burner and boiler systems. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on commercial Gas/Oil heating systems. Replace and calibrate system components such as fuel pumps, nozzles, motors, ignition transformers, and control panels. Document all work performed and parts used; complete service and maintenance reports. Ensure all work is compliant with local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Assist in commissioning newly installed commercial burner systems. Respond to emergency service calls on a rotating basis. Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in servicing commercial Gas/Oil burner systems Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and integration with burner controls. Familiarity with emissions testing protocols and reporting. Valid Gas/Oil burner technician license or certification (as required by state/local authorities). Strong understanding of combustion theory, burner controls, and boiler operation. Experience working with large mechanical systems, including hydronic and steam boilers. Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints. OSHA 30 certification
